Ensure compliance with all relevant international and local regulations, and supplement them with internal standards where necessary.
Maintain a management system that ensures the continuous improvement of the health, safety and environmental performance.
Educate employees and customers to operate in a safe and responsible manner, both with respect to their own protection and that of those around them.
Optimize the use of resources through reuse, recycling and consumption reduction.
Engage in open discussions and projects on health, safety and environmental issues internally as well as externally.

Health, Safety & Environmental Objectives

Policy:

Ensure compliance with all relevant international and local regulations, and supplement them with internal standards where necessary.

Objectives:

To establish and maintain procedures for comply-surveillance on all relevant international and local regulations
To issue and maintain Group Recommended Standards and to establish and maintain procedures for comply-surveillance.

Maintain a management system that ensures continuous improvement of the health, safety and environmental performance.

Objectives:

To establish and maintain a management system that ensures continuous improvement of the HS&E performance.
To establish and maintain procedures for auditing of the individual management systems.
To gradually substitute substances that are harmful to man and/or the environment
To minimize the adverse health impact of raw materials and products during production.
To establish and maintain emergency plans.
To register and reduce where necessary the emission of solvent and dust.
To register, report and minimize the number of accidents and incidents occurring in the factories.

Educate employees and customers to operate in a safe and responsible manner, both with respect to their own protection and that of those around them.

Objectives:

To communicate policy, objectives, goals and performance for HS&E matters to all employees at regular intervals.
To establish procedures for systematic training/education of employees in HS&E matters.
To communicate policy and performance for HS&E matters to customers at regular intervals and include HS&E matters when customer courses/instruction is given.

To monitor amount of waste per produced liter and set targets for reduction.
To optimize the use of resources through consumption ,reduction (water, gas for trucks, heating)
